Turbo Golf Racing Community Code of Conduct

Introduction

These Code of Conduct govern both in-game behaviour and out-of-game conduct relating to use of Turbo Golf Racing (the “Game”) by Hugecalf Studios Limited. The Code of Conduct is aimed to regulate user behavior in a consistent manner in order to promote a positive environment for all users of the Game. The Code of Conduct is a supplement, and shall be read together with, the Terms of Service and End User Licence Agreement.


Hugecalf Studios Limited reserves the right to change the Code of Conduct at any point at their own discretion.

Policies


1) Respect for Fellow Players

  • Treat all players with respect.

  • Engage in friendly competition and avoid toxic behaviour, such as harassment, bullying, or hate speech.

2) Fair Play

  • Do not exploit bugs or glitches for an unfair advantage.

  • Avoid using cheats, hacks, or other software that alters gameplay in a way not intended by the developers.

  • Persistent AFK(Away from keyboard) or idle  behaviour in online games is prohibited.

  • Leaving multiple online games in close proximity will result in timeouts for online matchmaking.

3) Matchmaking

  • Smurfing: Creating secondary accounts to play against less skilled players is prohibited. It undermines the integrity of the matchmaking system and the competitive spirit of the game.

  • Queue Sniping/Dodging: Deliberately trying to match with or avoid specific players (queue sniping or dodging) is prohibited.

4) Reporting other players

  • Report any instances of abuse, cheating, or harmful behaviour to the moderators.

  • PlayStation:
    A report can be submitted by selecting a player on the ‘End of Round Summary Screen’ and following the onscreen instructions. The Turbo Golf Racing moderators will receive the report and determine whether further action is needed.

  • Steam, Xbox and Windows:
    A report can be submitted by emailing support@hugecalf.com

5) Contributing to the Community

  • Share feedback constructively to help improve the game experience for everyone.

  • Participate in community events and initiatives in a positive and constructive manner.

  • If encountering bugs, report them through the appropriate channels to assist the development team.


6) Adherence to Platform Policies

  • Abide by the terms of service and user agreements of the platforms which you are playing Turbo Golf Racing on (e.g. Steam, Xbox, Playstation).

  • Respect any additional guidelines set forth by these platforms regarding online conduct and content sharing.

Consequences of Code Violations


Violations of the Code of Conduct or EULA may result in actions such as warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans from the game, depending on the severity of the offence. The moderation team reserves the right to take appropriate action to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all players.
